Privacy Policy — Fagi Farms App

Introduction

Fagi Farms Limited ("we," "us," "our") built the Fagi Farms app as a simple, offline toolkit for farmers, containing a unit converter, a farming glossary, and a personal notepad. This policy explains — plainly and completely — how the app handles information, because that's the whole point of it not collecting any.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

We do not collect any information from you or your device. Specifically, the app does not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact details
• Your location, IP address, or device identifiers
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data
• Photos, contacts, files, or any other content stored on your device
• Any content you type into the Notepad feature

There are no account sign-ups, no login screens, and no forms anywhere in the app that ask you for personal information.

Device permissions

The app does not request any device permissions — no access to your camera, microphone, contacts, storage, location, or network state. It is designed to open and function fully without asking you to approve anything.

How the app works offline

All three features are built to run entirely on your device:

Unit Converter

Conversion calculations (hectares, acres, kilograms, pounds, liters, gallons, and related farming units) are performed locally using built-in formulas. No data is sent anywhere to produce a result.

Farming Glossary & Dictionary

Definitions are bundled inside the app itself. Searching or browsing the glossary does not involve any network request.

Notepad

Notes you write are saved only in the app's local storage on your own device. We have no server to send them to, no backup service, and no way to view, access, or recover your notes. If you delete the app, your notes are permanently gone — we recommend backing up anything important through your own device's tools.

Third parties, analytics & advertising

The app contains no advertising, no analytics libraries, no crash-reporting tools, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs) of any kind. Nothing about your use of the app is shared with us or with any other company, because nothing is transmitted at all.

Children's privacy

Because the app collects no data from anyone, it does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your region) either. The app is safe for use by any age group for this reason.

Data security

Since no personal data ever leaves your device, there is no data of yours for us to secure, lose, or expose in a breach. Any content you create in the app is protected by your own device's built-in security (such as your screen lock).

Changes to this policy

If the app's functionality ever changes in a way that affects this policy — for example, if a future update introduces an optional online feature — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above before that change takes effect. We will never introduce data collection silently.
